Returns Policy
We want you to feel confident in every purchase from Escapade 4x4. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how to return it.
30-Day Returns
You can return any unused item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be:

Unused and in their original condition

In the original packaging, with all parts included

Accompanied by proof of purchase
To request a return, email us at info@escapade4x4.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
Roof Tent Returns
Due to their size and handling requirements, roof tents are subject to a £50 restocking fee. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the product is faulty.
We’re unable to accept returns on tents that have been used or installed, unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery. Include a brief description and photos of the issue — we’ll arrange a prompt repair, replacement, or full refund.
Exchanges
Need a different product? No problem. We’re happy to offer an exchange on unused items in original packaging. Just contact us first to confirm availability.
Return Address
All returns must be sent to our UK workshop. We’ll provide the full return address and instructions when you get in touch.
