Craig has just released a new walkaround of his ex-army Land Rover Snatch, and it’s easily one of the most impressive conversions he’s ever put together. Originally designed for military use, this Snatch has now been rebuilt into a tough, capable 4x4 camper with real character.
In the video, Craig talks through everything he’s done to the vehicle. The upgraded engine, suspension and brake improvements give it proper off-road strength, while the interior has been completely reworked into a compact but fully equipped camper. It’s built for long days on rough tracks as much as it is for comfortable nights off-grid.
The filming takes you between two brilliant UK locations: the high mountain tracks of North Wales and a quiet stretch of autumn woodland. It sets the scene perfectly for a rig that balances rugged performance with thoughtful overlanding design.
If you’re into Land Rover builds, military conversions or the idea of heading off into the wild with everything you need in the back, this video is well worth watching. It’s a great look at how a once-armoured vehicle can be repurposed into something genuinely practical, unique and adventure-ready.
